HOW DOES IT WORK?

It starts with an informal and confidential introductory meeting between the employee and coach (with or without the manager/HR, both are possible)

  • The employee shares the challenges facing or areas in which the wish is to grow
  • The coach explains how and if career coaching can help
  • The coach outlines the content of the most appropriate coaching program
  • The coach describes the role of the coachee within the process
  • After this conversation there can freely be decide to proceed with a coaching program, or not

If the decision is made to move forward, the coach will discuss the details of the program further with the coachee and/or the manager and/or HR.

* If no program is initiated, the introductory meeting is free of charge.
* If a program is initiated, the meeting is considered part of the overall package
.
