WHO AM I AND WHY WORK WITH ME?

My name is Katrien Van Genechten and I have over 20 fascinating years of experience in HR. For the last 10 years, I have worked with great passion and satisfaction as a freelance career coach, including 5 years as an internal coach at J&J Belgium. Over the past decade, I’ve made many 'career' hearts beat faster, and I plan to continue doing so for many years to come!
